Return and refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

Certain items such as intimate goods, perishable items, or personalized products may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not accept items returned without prior authorization.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@graydiscounts.shop with photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order may already be processed and shipped.

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
