Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or if an item is out of stock, processing times may be delayed.
If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after shipment.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your local government.
Gray Discounts is not responsible for these charges.
All such fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping costs for reshipment.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work closely with shipping carriers, we cannot control delays caused by customs or postal services.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and, when applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
